Monthly Activities Plan for 2011

The Patrol Leader Council met this fall to plan the monthly activities for 2011. Here are the results. All activites are tentative, with final dates and details to be announced through the normal monthly calendars.

  • January: Junior Leader Training
  • February: Skiing
  • March: Wilderness/Orienteering Weekend
  • April: Spring Camporee
  • May: Natural Tunnel SP Campout
  • June: Whitewater Rafting
  • July: Summer Camp, July 3-9, Camp Davy Crockett
  • August: Kayak/Canoe Trip
  • September: Rock Climbing/Backpacking
  • October: Fall Camporee
  • November: Backpacking
  • December: (none)

Note that the Sequoyah Council Philmont trip will be July 2 through 17, so any scouts attending Philmont will not be able to attend Summer Camp with the troop.
